Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan has apologised for smoking in a prohibited area after a photo of the incident went viral on social media. Mohamad, popularly known as Tok Mat, said he received a notice from the Seremban District Health Office Wednesday morning (Dec 18) but had yet to get the amount of compound.
