Colouring from factory turns floodwaters red

A husband and wife were shocked to see floodwaters turning red outside their home in Telaga Bata, Tumpat last Sunday (Dec 1). Civil servant Mohd Azam Jusoh told Sinar Harian that he suspected it was food colouring from an abandoned chili sauce factory near his house.
