SPM candidates of SMK Datuk Haji Ahmad Said in Sungai Dua, Butterworth rode trucks and 4WDs through floodwaters before crossing a “bridge” made of tables to get to their examination hall on Monday. Deputy Education Minister Datuk P. Kamalanathan announced on Sunday that the SPM and STPM exams would not be cancelled or postponed despite the flood situation in Penang and Kedah.
