Authorities in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia briefly opened the border with Greece on Saturday to let a small number of Iraqi and Syrian refugees into the country. Hundreds of refugees continued to wait at the frontier on Sunday, many were huddled under blankets and near fires to keep warm, drying their clothes on barbed wire fences.
