Vadodara: An RTI Activist Atul Gamechi has claimed irregularities in the funds of dog castration. The Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) gave Rs.72 lakh to two agencies for castration of dogs but the agencies have done the process only on 21,000 dogs in 5 years. At the other end of the line, VMC officials junked the allegations.
