Mingle Media TV and Red Carpet Report host, Stephanie Garrett, were invited to come out and cover the 21st Annual Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) for the opening night at the Director's Guild (DGA) in West Hollywood and the Los Angeles premiere of “Vipaka,” directed by Philippe Caland. This year, PAFF selected 154 films, representing 34 countries (23 documentaries, 13 short documentaries, 67 narrative features, and 51 narrative shorts).
