Colombian toddler rescued from sewer

It's a miracle he's even alive. In the sewer system that weaves beneath the northern Colombian city of Baranquilla, a three-year-old boy reported missing on Tuesday by his family. Rescuers pull the boy to safety he's soaking wet, but considering his ordeal, is doing well. He disappeared on Tuesday while playing in a sand-filled construction zone with his two brothers. Civil defence officials suspect the boy fell in a hole, unnoticed by his siblings. Rescue teams searched the area at the time, including the sewer, but couldn't find him. They later decided to do a second sweep of the sewer system, and that's when the boy was found. Travis Brecher, Reuters
