PixelJunk Shooter 2 review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of PixelJunk Shooter 2 for Playstation 3. A sequel to the fantastic PixelJunk Shooter, PixelJunk Shooter 2 mixes things up by changing the setting. Instead of being underground, you are inside a giant beast. This makes for more organic locations rather than geological. The new elements, acid and darkness, make for new gameplay situations that mix things up nicely. The co-op is as fun as the first game but this time there is competitive multiplayer that is surprisingly deep. While it might feel a little like an expansion pack rather than a sequel, it is a great addition to the PixelJunk series.
