Akai M 9 solid state tape recorder. Bought it as a D.O.A. Recorder running before restoration. It is a 4 speed machine. These four speeds can be obtained by means of 2 different capstan sleeves and a smaller pinch roller for 15 IPS or 38 cm / sec. 27/05/09. Haven't made much progress with the restauration yet.
