Radiation-leak fears at Japan plant

Events have taken a turn for the worse in Japan. The prime minister has warned people living within 30 kilometres of a nuclear plant damaged by Friday's earthquake to stay indoors. Naoto Kan made the announcement during a press conference after a third explosion was reported at Fukushima, triggering more concerns about contamination of the atmosphere.
