Scores injured in Egypt sectarian attacks

The head of the Coptic church in Egypt has called on his followers to end their protests. Christians have been demonstrating in Cairo for almost a week, demanding more rights and better protection by police. Earlier on Sunday, a mob had attacked the demonstrators, leaving at least 78 people injured. Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports from Cairo.
