We'll all hear that, if and when the people subpoena these witnesses to appear at a hearing. She's entitled to a hearing. But for now, this is not the hearing. I am revoking her probation. . A hearing was scheduled for November 2. If evidence shows that the 25-year-old actress violated her probation, she could face jail time.
