absolutelyfreenightattheinn.com The Claremont Inn is proud to offer cooking classes in the Claremont Inn kitchen. These are hands-on participation classes where everyone gets into the act. We start off with a discussion of the techniques and ingredients we will be using for the day. Next, we review the recipes for each dish. And then the fun begins as everyone puts on an apron and goes to work preparing a wonderful dinner. Each class will prepare a full menu: appetizers, salad, entree, dessert and a bread. Plus, we will taste some wines paired to match our food selections.
