I did the So Annoying! Meme by Hawkfire44 on YouTube. The character dancing is my naruto wolf oc. The picture can be found here: pikachew997.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2mbnt4 The expression is supposed to look kind of stupid. Took me about a few hours to do. All I did was make one frame and rotate it in Paint. I used The Annoying Song which was created by Diabolo-ical on newgrounds in this video because this song was more suitable than the other one I had. The dance is similar to the one seen in the So Annoying Flash Animation.
