DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon inspects the floodgate at the Paco Pumping Station after it was destroyed during the onslaught of Typhoon Uwan in Manila on November 11. Three barangays, 671, 672, and 674, were among the hardest hit when the floodgate was damaged. The contractor said it will take 14 working days to repair the floodgate.
