A trader, who brandished a parang at DBKL officers during a raid in Desa Pandan earlier this week, was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court on Friday for using criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging their duty. 43-year-old Izat Saini @ Zaini pleaded not guilty to the charge before Magistrate Amira Abd Aziz.
