Congress leader Karti Chidambaram on Sunday said that all political parties in Tamil Nadu stand united in rejecting the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) by the BJP-led central government in the state. Karti further alleged that the BJP is trying to impose Hindi as a part of the NEP's three-language policy. He further challenged the BJP to fight the 2026 assembly polls in Tamil Nadu without an alliance as he said that no party in the state would support the saffron party's stance.
