Smoke from Pacific Palisades wildfire seen billowing across skyline

A huge wildfire is burning through a Los Angeles suburb with more than 30,000 people under evacuation orders. The Pacific Palisades whipped up by extreme winds quickly grew from 10 acres to 2,900 acres in just a few hours. Footage shows the blaze sending up a dramatic plume of smoke visible across the city skyline. Further clips show flames burning near homes. The fire broke out at about 10:30 am (18:30 GMT) on Tuesday.
