Separating the powers of the Attorney General (AG) and Public Prosecutor (PP) should not be rushed, says Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said. Responding to a supplementary question from Datuk Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh (PN-Besut) in the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Oct 23), the Minister in charge of law and institutional reforms emphasised that the process must be carried out methodically before any legislation on the matter is presented to Parliament.
