Thomas Matthew Crooks wrote a threatening message on the gaming platform Steam days before the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. He wrote, July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds. Investigators found Crooks searched for Trump, Biden, when is the DNC convention, and the July 13 Trump rally on his laptop in July. They found no evidence of a particular ideology. Crooks had two cell phones - one was recovered from the scene along with a remote transmitter. A second phone had only 27 contacts that the FBI is now trying to interview.
