An accountant was fined RM4,500 by the Ayer Keroh Magistrate's Court on Friday (May 10) for intruding upon the privacy of his colleague by secretly installing a CCTV camera in the office toilet. Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd Suleiman meted out the fine against Chong Soon Hoe, 25, after he pleaded guilty to a charge of insulting the victim’s modesty last Tuesday (May 7).
