Probe of socks issue will go on despite store's apology, Dewan Rakyat told

Despite the public apology made by the convenience store for its oversight in selling socks with the word Allah” printed on it, the police probe against them will still go on, says Datuk Seri Shamsul Anuar Nasarah. The Deputy Home Minister told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (March 18) that the probe will be initiated against the convenience store distributor and vendors that were involved in the matter for inciting public outrage and uproar.
