Kelantan deputy Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Mohamed Fadzil Hassan has expressed his disappointment after the Federal Court's decision on Friday (Feb 9) in favour of lawyer Nik Elin Zurina Nik Abdul Rashid's petition. He said the state government through its special committee will review the decision before deciding on the next course of action.
