Muar High Court acquits, discharges two of kidnapping charge

Two men were discharged by the Muar High Court from a charge of kidnapping a man in front of his house six years ago. High Court Judge Justice Halijah Abbas made the decision after finding that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against the accused, B. Haresh and M.J. Richarddas.
