Delhi Police`s special cell has apprehended a Chinese woman disguised as a Nepalese monk from the national capital for her alleged involvement in anti-national activities. The Chinese lady identified as Cai Ruo was arrested from Majnu Ka Tila, Delhi, following searches based on the information received, Delhi police said. #Delhi #chinesewoman #fakemonk
