The clouds that were supposed to bring relief after the scorching heat, have wreaked havoc in Kullu, Kinnaur, and Shimla. The situation has become very difficult after the cloudburst incident in Kullu this morning. With the arrival of the monsoon, clouds are increasing panic in Kashmir, Himachal, and Uttarakhand.
