Second man confirmed dead in southern Queensland as floodwaters rise

A second man has been confirmed dead in the flood emergency in southern Queensland. Police divers recovered the 47-year-old man's body after he was swept to his death south-west of Toowoomba. The town of Dalby has borne the brunt of the flooding rains, but the deluge fell short of major levels.
