The High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (Mar 3) dismissed an application by former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak and former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah who sought for a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) from six counts of criminal breach of trust involving RM6.6bil that they are facing since 2018.
