Retailers in Kent say they'll halt customers at the door if they aren't wearing a mask - even if it means losing their business. From tomorrow shoppers in the county will face a £100 fine if they're not wearing a face covering - even in coffee bars and sandwich shops. So how will it be enforced by shopkeepers?
