Harapan announces seat distribution for Malacca polls

Pakatan Harapan top leadership has decided that PKR will be contesting 11 of the 28 state seats in the upcoming Malacca state election. Its chairperson Anwar Ibrahim told a presser this morning that two other Harapan components - Amanah and DAP - will contest nine and eight seats respectively. Anwar, however, did not reveal whether the opposition coalition had reached an agreement on which seats the respective parties would take on.
