Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was the “boss” who had dominion over Yayasan Akalbudi’s properties. This was what the High Court was told yesterday. Deputy public prosecutor Raja Rozela Raja Toran said the Umno president had control of the foundation and its properties as a trustee when he allegedly misappropriated millions of ringgit from the fund.
