A museum in the Netherlands has opened a new exhibition aimed at people who are visually impaired. Called 'The Blind Spot' - and based in the city of Utrecht - it recreates existing artworks - but adds extra dimensions - including sounds and smells. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
