Malaysia should not rush to implement relaxations of standard operating procedures (SOP) for those who are fully vaccinated, says the Health Ministry. Deputy Health director-general Datuk Dr Hishamshah Mohd Ibrahim said that on Friday (Aug 6), adding that there were lessons to be learnt from countries which had opened up earlier.
