CID issued circular against stonepelters in Jammu-Kashmir

Kashmir CID has decided that those accused of stone-pelting will now neither get a security clearance nor will they get a passport. They will not even get a government job. CID has issued a circular in this regard. In this circular, it has been said that if the report of the security clearance of a person is prepared, then it should be taken care that that person is not accused of stone-pelting.
