Former Union minister and BJP Lok Sabha MP Babul Supriyo on Saturday in a Facebook post announced he has decided to quit politics. Supriyo however clarified that he is not joining any other party, adding that he has always been a one team player . This comes weeks after Babul Supriyo was dropped from the Narendra Modi government in the Cabinet reshuffle and expansion earlier this month.
