Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mustapa Mohamed was photographed dining-in at a cafe in his constituency of Jeli in Kelantan on Saturday. The photograph was uploaded by the cafe itself to thank Mustapa for visiting and hearing out their plight. Following this, Mustapa apologised for breaching the standard operating procedure (SOP) against Covid-19.
