Kota Kinabalu MP Chan Foong Hin requested for Keningau MP Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan to be referred to the Parliament’s Rights and Privileges Committee for allegedly breaching quarantine orders. In the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday, Chan said Dr Jeffrey had failed to fulfil the 14-day self-quarantine requirement by the House as a measure to contain the spread of Covid-19.
