Maggi Manchurian Recipe In Hindi Today I am sharing a unique Manchurian recipe which I have prepared using maggi. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments. Ingredients For maggi Balls: Maggi - 3 packets Water - 2 cups Spring onions - 1/2 cup Onion - 1/4 cup chopped Salt - as per taste Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Taste maker - 2 packs Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp Cornflour - 3 tbsp Oil - for deep frying Maggi - 1 packet crushed for coating For sauce: Oil - 3 tbsp ginger garlic - 1 tbsp chopped Green chillies - 5 sliced Capsicum - 2 cut into cube Onion - 1 cut into cube Soy sauce - 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp Salt - as per taste Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Corn flour - 1 tbsp mix with 1/4 cup water Water - 1/4 cup Spring onions for garnish Email Id: [email protected] If you liked my recipe, do like and share my video.
