October 3 is celebrated as German Unity Day. On this historic day, German reunification was finalised. The Berlin Wall was taken down and the Cold War came to an end. Commemorating the 30-year anniversary of German reunification during the coronavirus pandemic presented its own challenge. However, the German Embassy in India has come up with an Indo-German musical co-production of the iconic song 'Wind of Change' which was first performed by the German band The Scorpions on the day the Berlin Wall was taken down.
