Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad on Monday (Feb 10) said it is up to the public if they want to consider outside advice on fighting the novel conoravirus but the government would still urge the people to stick to the ministry's guidelines such as washing your hands, using sanitizers and practicing good coughing etiquette.
