Cambodian opposition figure Sam Rainsy arrived in Jakarta on Thursday after he had been barred from a flight from Kuala Lumpur on the instruction of Indonesian authorities the previous day. He is expected to meet with Indonesia's Human Rights Commission officials, parliament members and non-government organisations that work on human rights during his stay in Indonesia.
