Red Chicken curry Goan style recipe [For marinade] 1.5 kg chicken Salt Garlic Ginger ( For masala) 10 red chill 8 garlic 10cloves 10 black paper 1 inch Ginger 2 inch cinnamon 1 tsp termeric powder 1 tsp cumin seeds Tamarind juice 3 Onion Water required 1 Maggi (Steps of cooking) 1)Wash chicken 2) marinade chicken with salt garlic and ginger and keep inside for 25 minutes 3) saute Onion until golden brown 4) add chicken and cook for 8 minutes 5) add Tamarind juice and potatoes cook for 4 to 5 minutes 6)add masala ,1 cup water and 1 Maggi and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
