The government has defended its decision about the home based care program of coronavirus patients with claims its likely to contribute to double cases in the country. Health officials say the program was well thought out and patients who would be allowed at home will be provided with essential services to effectively deal with covid-19 and as our reporter Jeff Khaemba reports, Kenya has set another record by recording 167 cases in the last 24 hours, the highest number since the pandemic hit the country three months ago.
