Europe death toll surpasses 100k; new cases slow down in Italy and Spain

That's according to data compiled by the website Worldometer, which says that in Europe, the country with the most deaths is Italy at a little over 23-thousand. But the numbers show the daily number of new cases in Italy and Spain, has fallen to around 3-and-a-half thousand. Outside of Europe, Japan now has more cases than South Korea. On Saturday, it announced 500 new cases, bringing the total to just over 11-thousand. The U.S. reported around 30-thousand new cases. Some states are saying they're now past the peak and are looking at easing some of the their restrictions.
