Rain causes waterlogging, traffic snarls in Delhi NCR region

Delhi NCR has received heavy rains on Tuesday's morning. The downpours lead to traffic snarls and waterlogging at some of the areas in the national capital. The parliament premises also witnessed waterlogging and the officials are trying their best to bring the situation to normal.
