Recovered patients continue to exceed new cases

This is the fourth consecutive day in which the number of discharged Covid-19 patients exceeded the number of new cases detected. According to Health Ministry director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, 119 patients were discharged as of noon over a 24-hour period. There were 110 new Covid-19 cases during the same time period, bringing the total to 5,182.
