The SuperStar Aquarius carrying 1738 passengers including 1709 Taiwanese, was allowed to dock at Keelung Harbour Saturday despite a previous ban by Taiwanese authorities on port calls for all cruise liners. Passengers will have to pass health checks before disembarking.
