An unemployed man claimed trial to an offence of allegedly caressing the private parts of a child. The plea of Mohamad Heri Ramli, 32, was recorded before Judge Ahmad Sazali Omar at the Sessions Court in Ayer Keroh, Melaka on Friday (Dec 27). Based on the charge sheet, the accused had outraged the modesty of an eight-year-old girl who was buying food at Infasha Maju Restaurant in Batu Berendam between 10am and 10.15am on Tuesday (Dec 24).
