Voting is being held in 13 seats of the first phase of the Jharkhand assembly elections. The 13 seats of the first phase include Chatra, Gumla, Bishunpur, Lohardaga, Manika, Latehar, Panki, Daltonganj, Vishrampur, Chhatarpur, Hussainabad, Garhwa, Bhawanathpur. A total of 189 candidates are in the fray in 13 seats.
