The new G 350d sits below the performance-oriented Mercedes-AMG G63 in the country. The new Mercedes-Benz G 350d is powered by 3.0-litre in-line six-cylinder diesel engine. It produces 282bhp and 600Nm of torque; mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The G 350d claims to offer a top speed of 199km/h while sprinting to 0 - 100km/h in 7.4 seconds.
